Find the perfect location to build power plants and water towers, then start to develop the whole town. First buy lots, some might have to be demolished, pick the building you want to go right there, and build away. Make the houses livable and rent them out as fast as you can. Then sit back and collect all of the hard earned money you deserve. Once your goals are completed at one town, move to the next for some more challenges.
