Good thing Scarlet and Walter saw the ad for the store for sale. Neither one of them can afford to buy the business on their own, but our good friend Flo overheard them talking about their dilemmas at her restaurant. She introduced them, and now they are business partners! Running a Pet Spa is no easy job. They must pamper their four-legged friends with shampoo washes, hair trims, massages, and accessories, and they must give special treats to your favorite pets.
