This game has to be one of the few RPG games that takes sim game elements, so much so that we’d almost categorize it as a sim but because there are quests to achieve, an inventory of collected items, level ups, and strategies connected with RPGs, it would only be fair to say it’s much more of an RPG incorporating sim game play. In any case, it’s a fun diversion from every day life. What happens, is you and your hot air balloon break down in a mysterious place and your main goal is to get it fixed so you return to the sky, up, up and on your merry way. Meet the towns quirky characters and remember their personalities, likes and dislikes. Do them favors and gain more confidence from the locals. Your success will be a way to gain access to your ride home. Train one or many cute pets that will help you on your mini missions and to advance closer to your goal. Avernum 5 is an RPG adventure game, very similar to Kivi’s Underworld without the fast paced myriads of attacking zombies in random battles. It has an intense story line, over 50 spells, many unusual encounters with foes and villains. The play to kill the enemies is to click on the bad guys and the movements can be fast and easily handled even for a casual gamer looking to getting into RPG games, as well as more experienced PRG adventure gamers who will grab onto the battle disciplines and rpg experience. In this combination RPG, Adventure and Hack n Slash game, DROD, you will venture deep into King Dugan’s dungeon, solving puzzles and fighting monsters. DROD is packed with hundreds of rooms, monsters, obstacles, and other elements. You will have to solve 350 rooms, which will challenge your brain muscle and you will learn what happens next in the story, which is full of surprising twists, turns, events and characters. This most stand out game will be one of your all time favorites and you’ll be able to play it for a very, very long time – which is the best when you really get into a game. With DROD, it will take you some time to finish but consider that a good thing. Need more RPG games?
