This platformer has been around for quite a long time, and there’s a good reason why. It is undeniably fun! Taking the most entertaining games of Mario to heart, Bud Redhead focuses on one thing: game play. You might not think it’s possible but you will play this game for hours and hours and hours, continuing on your journey to find Bud’s girlfriend, who has been kidnapped by an evil alien. You will get into the game so much that at times you will probably forget that you have to save Rachel! Try it out and see if I’m telling the truth. After you’ve saved Rachel, here’s another jump and run platform game that will keep you busy having a blast: Midnight Mansion.

Developed a few years ago, Doulber Gold manages to never get old, and this arcade-like game will hit the soft spot in the very core of many gamers, young and young-at-heart. Play over 130 levels with Doulber, an adorable purple ant digging for diamonds in this puzzle game that will remind some gamers of the popular “Boulder Dash” and “Dig Dug” from way back when. Collect a certain amount of diamonds on time to move on to the next level while managing to avoid enemies trying to stop you. Use helpful tools to break through walls and floors and use special powers to protect Doulber from harm. Find all the extra hidden levels and brain teasing puzzles, too. Kickin’ Soccer is a fast-paced, top down perspective arcade style soccer game (football game for non-Americans) for Mac. This sports game will appeal to footie fans who are less inclined to play soccer management games and instead, prefer a more pro-active game of football. Dribble the opponent players, slide into their defenses with quick and accurate passing, score with shoots from a distance or use crosses and try to head the ball in the back of the net. Use six simple keyboard keys: the arrow keys, Z to shoot and X to pass. That’s it. The game will take care of the rest.
